Positioned within an easy stroll to the main Ocean Grove surf beach & main shopping strip, and only 400 metres to Barwon River and Ocean Grove Golf Club, this property makes for an ideal affordable holiday experience.
It features a partially new kitchen (fully self contained), quality ‘Guests’ leather lounges, 2 TV’s and videos, and ample parking. A king bed is an added comfort bonus, and the home is fully air conditioned & heated. A new designated playground
in the enclosed backyard is a favourite for our young guests, as
is the converted shed that is now a games room equipped with
a pool table, dart board, arcade game, 2 free ride on amusements (turtle & car) and a new deck.
